1) Towards the goal of winning international and transnational regulation, particularly the strongest possible International Labour Convention (ILC) in June 2026, we responded to the International Labour Organization (ILO)’s call for feedback on their ‘Brown Report’, which outlined language for the Convention.

Our collective response is a compilation of 22 testimonies from workers and organizers in the digital platform economy across 18 countries and multiple sectors (ride-hailing, delivery, home services/beauty, warehouse logistics under platform management, and online content moderation). A summary of our recommendations can be found at the end of the report, page 46.
